Venezuelans living in Paris hold signs reading “No to Fraud” as they take part in a demonstration in Paris, on June 2, 2013. Recent elections in Venezuela were marred by reports of alleged fraud and the opposition called for a recount of results in several polling stations after Nicolas Maduro, the political successor of Hugo Chavez, was announced winner with an only 1,49 % lead in the vote. On May 16, the country’s national election council declared the vote was valid and that there were no errors in the counting. AFP PHOTO / PIERRE ANDRIEU
