El objetivo, según un comunicado, es trasladar ese patrimonio a plantas superiores.
París registró este pasado mayo su mes más lluvioso desde 1873 y las aguas del Sena han alcanzado ya los 5,10 metros, una altura que llevó al museo a activar su “célula de crisis”, ante la recomendación de su servicio de prevención y seguridad (SPSI).
La pinacoteca parisina, la más visitada del mundo desde hace años, con medias anuales que se acercan o superan los nueve millones de visitantes, puso en marcha en 2002 un plan específico de prevención ante posibles inundaciones.
El programa, según su comunicado, incluye la observación diaria del nivel del Sena, la creación de un registro sobre las obras que deben ser trasladadas a plantas superiores, la instalación de dispositivos de evacuación del agua o el proyecto de traslado de sus reservas a la localidad de Liévin.
