El Consejo de Seguridad de la ONU votará el martes un proyecto de resolución para imponer sanciones contra Siria por el uso de armas químicas, informaron este lunes fuentes diplomáticas.





Rusia ha prometido utilizar su derecho a veto para bloquear la medida y proteger a su aliado en Medio Oriente.
