Desolado…

Así lucía este domingo el liceo estatal Manuel Palacio Fajardo, ubicado en el 23 de enero, Caracas lugar donde ejercía su derecho al voto el fallecido presidente, Hugo Chávez.





Esto a propósito del proceso de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente convocada por Nicolás Maduro.
