(FILES) – A photo taken on September 25, 2012 shows French President Francois Hollande and his partner Valerie Trierweiler visiting Ground Zero in New York. Closer magazine reported in its edition published on January 10, 2014 that Hollande, 59, has been having an affair with actress Julie Gayet, 41. Hollande is due to give an extended press conference on January 4, 2014 at which he was expected to elaborate on a New Year message that has been interpreted as signalling a change of direction by his government towards more business friendly policies.
