The moon is seen as it heads into a total lunar eclipse on April 15, 2014 in the municipality of Copacabana near Medellin, Antioquia department, Colombia. People in most of North and South America were able to witness this year’s first total lunar eclipse, which caused a ‘blood moon’ and was the first of four in a rare Tetrad of eclipses over the next two years.
