Israeli scouts light torches on April 21, 2015 during a ceremony at the Mount Herzel military cemetery in Jerusalem at the start of the Memorial Day, when fallen soldiers and victims of attacks are remembered. Israel marks the Remembrance (or Memorial) Day to commemorate over 23,320 fallen soldiers since 1948, just before the celebrations of the 67th anniversary of its creation according to the Jewish calendar.
