The presidential commissioner for the United Nations (UN), Miguel Pizarro, lamented the death of Albert Juaristi, 13, as the result of the collapse and crisis in the healthcare system caused by Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship.

“Our solidarity with the family of Albert, who died yesterday in the JM de los Rios waiting for a transplant,” said Pizarro through his Twitter account.
The representative of the Legitimate Government of Venezuela recalled that despite the fact that these children count with precautionary measures from the IACHR, the regime continues to leave them to their fate.”
“It guarantees them neither the right to life nor the right to health,” he concluded.
