Commissioner Prado conveyed his condolences after the death of the father of lawyer and activist Rocio San Miguel

The Presidential Commissioner for Human Rights and Attention to Victims, Humberto Prado, regretted this Thursday the death, after being infected with COVID-19, of the father of Rocio San Miguel president of Citizen Control for Security, Defense and the National Armed Forces.

“We regret the death of Rocio San Miguel’s father, president of Social Watch for Security, Defense and the National Armed Forces, because of COVID-19,” Prado said in a message on his official Twitter account.





Likewise, the representative of the Legitimate Government of Venezuela stated that the deceased was a doctor by profession, which he practiced until he was 82 years old, always helping and being an example of social service.

Our condolences in this difficult moment”, he ended.
