This Saturday the President in Charge of the Republic of Venezuela and the National Assembly, Juan Guiadó, participated in the First Federal Congress of the political party ‘Encuentro Ciudadano’, where he insisted on the urgent need for political change in the country, therefore, he invited citizens “to stand up in force in defense of their rights and the fulfillment of their duties enshrined in the Constitution to exercise sovereignty and exercise the powerful majority that we are against the ‘pseudo-dictatorship’ of Nicolás Maduro.”

To this end he asked to strengthen the unity of democratic institutions and all political parties, to confront the pseudo-dictator Nicolás Maduro.
He assured that “democracy will come with strong institutions, democracy will come with the men and women who build it, it will not be a gift, it will be a conquest and by building political parties, with open foundation statutes, with a federal construction to build democracy. The democracy that Venezuela needs so much to protect the most vulnerable.”

President Guaidó praised the hard work of the political party Encuentro Ciudadano chaired by Delsa Solórzano: “Encuentro Ciudadano represents today, in the voice of its president and a brave woman, and its national, regional and federal members, not only the spirit of courage, resistance and survival, but of focus and clear vision.”
