Commissioner Pizarro condemned human trafficking networks: “Millions of Venezuelan migrants have faced dangerous challenges to reach their destination”

The Presidential Commissioner for the United Nations (UN), Miguel Pizarro, gave credit to the millions of Venezuelan migrants who have faced dangerous challenges to reach their destination.

“Today, World’s Day Against Human Trafficking, we join in the denunciation and exposure of this crime that has affected hundreds of people who have fled our country,” said Pizarro.





This Thursday the Organization of American States (OAS) warned that by the end of 2021 or the beginning of 2022, Venezuelan migration could exceed 7 million people, surpassing the exodus from Syria, considered the largest in the world with 6.7 million refugees.
