This Friday the Deputy to the National Assembly, Delsa Solórzano, demanded freedom for Luis De La Sotta, a political prisoner of Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship.

The parliamentarian warned through her Twitter account that “judges and law enforcement officers who have been complicit in the criminal orders issued by the regime will also have to render an account for their actions.”
“All actors who, having the legal competence to act, ignore or cover up human rights violations, torture, cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment, are equally responsible before the courts,” said Ms. Solórzano.
