Guaidó lamented the death of Niurka Camacho: “These deaths are a direct consequence of the dictatorship”

The President in Charge of Venezuela, Juan Guaidó, regretted and condemned the death of Niurka Camacho, a 15-year-old girl who died last Tuesday, August 3rd, waiting for a transplant at the ‘JM De Los Ríos’ hospital (The biggest children’s public hospital in the country).

“The death of Niurka Camacho, like that of any child, hurts us and pushes us to find an urgent way out of this tragedy,” he said through his Twitter account.

The national president reiterated the serious humanitarian crisis that the country is going through and argued that Camacho’s death once again highlights the need for support and aid to the country.

“Like her, thousands of Venezuelans need help that the regime won’t give, and the wait is lethal,” he said.
