The national president assured that in Venezuela it is necessary to recover an independent justice system currently kidnapped by Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship.

“A few days after the UN Fact-finding Mission pointed out that David Vallenilla’s case was an extrajudicial execution, the justice system has acquitted his murderer,” he said through his Twitter account.

President Guaidó recalled that Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship has recognized that in Venezuela there is no independence of powers or an impartial judicial system, which is only reaffirmed with the decision on the Vallenilla case.
