The parties met and began discussing important points on the agreed agenda. The various working groups also held joint meetings where positions were approached in the search for solutions to the challenges in social, economic and political matters.

The delegations agreed on the need to ensure a gender approach in the development of the dialogue and negotiation as well as in the agreements that are reached. They also continued to identify mechanisms for consultation with political and social actors that are as inclusive as possible. It was agreed to immediately hold several consultation sessions with various political and social actors – national and international – so that an efficient consultation and participation mechanism can be established as soon as possible that can be installed in an inclusive manner.

The delegations expressed their rejection of the acts of xenophobia and violence against Venezuelan families which occurred recently in the Republic of Chile, which constitute a very serious violation of their rights. Likewise, they deplored the hate campaigns against Venezuelan women and men in various countries. Finally, they thank the Kingdom of Norway for the facilitation, the support of the Kingdom of the Netherlands and the Russian Federation and the host country, the United Mexican States.
