First Lady demonstrated the importance of generating policies in support of women suffering from breast cancer

On the International Day of the Fight against Breast Cancer, First Lady Fabiana Rosales, remarked the importance of generating public policies that allow the support of women living with this disease.

“In 2019, were registered more than seven thousand cases of breast cancer. Women who fight for their lives and for their family,” she stated through her Twitter account.





Mrs. Rosales de Guaidó affirmed that self-care is important for an early diagnosis, so self-examination and mammography are essential and recommended.

“It is important to exercise regularly, stay away from alcoholic beverages and tobacco to reduce the chances of developing breast cancer,” she said.
