The President of the Justice and Peace commission of the National Assembly, Delsa Solórzano, applauded the decision of the Inter-Parliamentary Union to reaffirm the non-recognition of Nicolás Maduro’s dictatorship.

A unanimous report was approved during the meeting of the multilateral organization condemning the serious political persecution against the legitimate parliamentarians of the National Assembly elected in 2015.
Likewise, the member countries of the Inter-Parliamentary Union reiterated the absence of the rule of law in Venezuela.
The legitimate National Assembly was represented by a delegation made up of Deputy Olivia Lozano, Deputy William Dávila and the Ambassador to Australia, Alejandro Martínez.
