The Venezuelan head of state affirmed that the dictatorship, instead of talking about democracy during the commemoration of January 23rd, focuses on the manipulation of justice in parallel to the investigation of the International Criminal Court.

“Nicolás, I remind you that you are the one who is accused of crimes against humanity, requested for drug trafficking and terrorism with an arrest warrant and reward,” said President in Charge Guaidó in a message released through his official network accounts.

“You are a minority and you have kidnapped power, that is why you cowardly killed the possibility of signatures in 2016 and now you evade the presidential election and threaten me while locked up in a palace that you usurp,” said the Venezuelan president.

Despite this situation, the President in Charge of Venezuela ratified the need for a solution, the need for guarantees, clarifying that he does not expect good faith from Maduro’s criminal regime.

“You have an expiration date, even in your logic. It is time for a comprehensive agreement. We will be where we always are, with the people, on the streets, where you have been afraid to be for a very long time and we will be exercising the majority in a peaceful way,” he added.

Similarly, President Guaidó reminded those who accompany Maduro, that it has been the arrogance of the dictatorship that has led the country to destruction.

“What Venezuela needs is national salvation,” he concluded.
