(FILES) Paraguayan former army general and presidential candidate of the Union Nacional de Ciudadanos Eticos (UNACE) party Lino Oviedo (C) is seen through helicopter window during his campaign, in Ita, some 40 km of Asuncion on April 16, 2008. Oviedo died on February 2, 2013 in a helicopter crash whilst returning from a campaign rally in Concepcion.
